​​A Word About Our Cuisine

The guest table allows all guests to meet around a common table. It's a great time for exchanges and conviviality between hosts and often beautiful encounters. By sitting at our table, you will discover local products simply cooked to preserve their flavors.

We offer, among other things, The Blanquette of Limoux from the Mayrac estate, duck in different forms (confit, dried, fresh, marinated...), lamb, fresh and varied vegetables (sometimes original!) from Olivier's garden (Laurence's brother) or the local market, local cheeses... We cook using fresh products and most often "organic" or more precisely as natural as possible and with fewer intermediaries. 

The guest table being an additional service to the guest room, the meal is served only in the evening. The menu is the same for everyone, but we are able to adapt to specific diets and allergies such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free... Let us know when you book and we will do our best!

We also have the possibility of organizing barbecue and grill evenings.
